are teak and marine plywood a must???

    Neither are needed. Salvaged plywood that has been out in the weather for a while is safer than that new from the building supply. All plywood made in BC uses the same glue as marine plywod altho the US is calling making of proper plywood an unfair trade practise under the NAFTA agreement, and wants Canada to lower our standards to their abysmaly low level..
