How to determine the RPM of a vessel.

    Dear all, i want to calculate the shaft power for a propeller but i was not given the ship RPM. i know how to get the shaft power = Torque*2pieN, and Torque= 5250*HP/RPM; but i wasn't given the RPM.

    Please any help will be appreciated,
