Anyone have any idea what a Cigarette boat between 28'-38' would weigh, without anything in the interior? Or an estimate on how much seats weigh? Trying to plan a trip, moving parts on long road trips and whatnot. Hoping it can weigh below 4,000 lbs.

Just the bare boat itself ? No engines or drives, no trailer ? The smaller end of your range might squeeze in, but I doubt it.

The 38' will be about twice the weight of a 28'. That is a large size difference 36% increase on length and probably 20% on beam and depth.
