There ought to be many more that are closer to you,but unless you have adequately prepared designs,they won't really want to discuss matters, you should be prepared for a cost of around 1100 Euros per square metre.Those in my short list will prefer clean 3D models that require no further preparatory work.A few sections and a plan view from a drawing board won't be enough.If you aim a little lower on the technology,almost any boatbuilding business should be able to help but you won't find much cooperation from high volume production facilities as they will be focused on their own needs.A small independent business is more likely to be helpful.

 

I'm in contact with a company in Turkey, they have 5 axis CNC 24 metres by 7 metres they can cut. Mould price 1000 eur per sqm (ready for infusion condition) or alternatively in range of between 300-400 euros per sqm (only CNC milling/cutting price but no warranty for the product because foams may move in delivery so at your own risk in that case) I can also help about transferring/shipping the mould.

I've seen that you are based in the UK, did you asked them about the customs cost/clearance? That might well raise the price up in my experience.
