Anti roll tank- Stabilizing moment

    Can anyone help to find the stabilizing moment produced by active rolling tank with respect to the internal fluid motion?

    Do you mean the type that uses transfer pumps to move the water from one tank to the other?

    actually i am desining a control system, i want to give this term (F_t) as control input
