T- splines skin surface problem

    Hi all
    I'm new to rhino and t splines and trying to draw a ship hull. I tried to use t splines surfaces and used skin command and the result in preview is good. The problem is that the surface appears only on inner surface of hull while the outer surface shows only the layout of the surface.
    When I try to use zebra analysis on it, nothing appears and there is a big sphere around the hull that displays the zebra instead of the hull
    Hope someone can guide me
