jetstar 10.5 help - need windshield and motor tag says exempt?

    hi just pick up a jetstar paint is good need a good rub an some wax that should do it now i just need to find a windshield any help would be great want to keep the boat the way it was built an on the tag for motor size it says exempt does any one no what that means thanks
