Aluminum Barge Plans Needed

    We have been using a fabricator to build barges that we sell after we rig them out and want to start doing this ourselves and not rely on others. What we do is a simple type design and they are trailerable. Usually 10x30x3, either single or tandem outboards and with and without a crane. This are typically used for setting pilings for dock construction. Some of our customer will do salvage work with them. I'm looking for some one that maybe has some stock plans to choose from or if needed whip up something.

    Welcome to the Forum Tommy.
    Did your Fabricator design their barges 'in house', or did they buy in plans from elsewhere?
    Can you perhaps post some typical photos of the barges that you have constructed?

    That barge is pretty neat.
    The last photo has an advertising banner on the console for these folk in the link below - I presume that they built her?

    Re aluminium boat plans, have a look at the Specmar site, and see if anything there might be of interest?

    This 28' x 10' barge might be more versatile than the barge shown in the photos above?
