    Is there a significant time/labour savings in an alloy kitset design generally?

    Of course the builder saves a lot of time. But this time is first invested in the CNC files.

    Just did presentation on alloy kits at IBEX. There is definitely a saving; actually most of metal boats are designed as kits nowdays.
