    Hello:

I have built 2 smaller boats ( 12' stripper dink and 14' sitch and glue skiff) and have restored a Tartan 34. Now I am looking to build something quite a bit more ambitious ( first a 23 ft power boat and eventually a 38 foot sailboat) and am looking to rent a minimum 16 x 40 ' work area/work shop in the Fitchburg ( Lunenburg) MA area.
I have budgeted up to $500.00 per month just for shop rental. If you know of any barns or smaller commercial rentals in this area for rent for this kind of money please contact me. I plan on going with cold molded or strip planking for both projects and will need some climate control for 4 season epoxy work.

Thank you very much in advance.

    BJL
