I have a 42' cris craft fly bridge I am working on and would like to build a sturdy aft hard top with an access hole to the fly bridge. Any suggestions on how to either have it built or how to DIY? Looking for the durability to hold a tender or seating, not decided yet. Thanks forf the input.

The easiest way is to use thin plywood skins with a foam core. Then, laminate with fiberglass for waterproofing.
