Advice request for stability of hydrofoil

Hello everybody,

I am currently building a hydrofoil boat model for my final year project. Hull design has been completed. Now i am trying to approach one optimum design for foil system. I am lifting my hydrofoil with surface-piercing type, V-shaped, constant chord foil arrangement. But I am having problems with designing the foil-submergence and foil dihedral angle to obtain an optimum righting moment. I want to know the calculations and theories to get the position of metacentric height in foil-borne mode as well as the nature of GZ.
