Plenty of accidents each years on the water. The most accident prone are operators of high powered motoryachts.

Imagine operating at 40 knots, with a cocktail in one hand, in coastal water ?

Kids in dingies, pedalos, divers...small children swept off the beach by wakes.

Not much you can do about it.

    People die

I'd rather boat somewhere less crowded.

A travesty; a whitewash with no justice for the victim.
