A first approach to the dimensioning of monohull sailboats

    For professional designers and sailboat design enthusiasts and for all lovers of sailboats in general :
    With a database of more than 400 sailboats, it has proceeded to establish various relationships between the main parameters that define a monohull sailing boat. We have obtained a series of equations that allow, in the very first stage of the project, to have an idea of what the boat in which we are thinking might be. All this has been reflected in an Excel spreadsheet.
    Any comments or suggestions will be very appreciated. Thanks for your interest.

    No, I'm sorry, I've never used Open Office. I'll take a look to know it.
    However, it should be remembered that in the spreadsheet everyone can access the code and make as many changes as he considers appropriate.
