4-5 metre trailerable power cat build

Hi fellas, I like to create & build. there's a personal satisfaction that comes at the end of a project that only another self builder will probably understand. I like cats...twin hull boats to fish from..space, stability at rest. In Australia they have never been popular.. yes they have some downsides but have a huge amount of upsides as well...they are a bit like landrovers..the guys that own them just love them...the rest hate them..I own one of those too!! Anyhow I went on the search for a 4-5M twin hull cat, composite construction. I found quite a few, all pictures were computer generated... & they look super great. So I asked the designer or seller of the plans ...has anyone built one? Mostly I received a one sentence reply...have sold plans.... very informative & a sales pitch it aint!!! So it looks like no one has completed a build or is open to sharing the completed boat & wanted to document the build itself. I guess I'm not about to outlay lots of $$ not to mention a good portion of my life...which is running downhill!!..to a boat that no one has sea trialed. While searching threads here at BD.net I came across a tender cat build. It has been real life tested, has had many subtle changes since it's first prototype & best of all it was conceived by a fello Aussie!!! Wonderful!!!! Now to find him...thanks Dave
