    Savitsky has been covered many times on this site. Go to the top of the page where it says search, click on it and type in Savitsky. It will return many threads on Dan Savitsky's work. On one or more of the threads you will find Dan Savitsky's phone number and e-mail address at Stevens Institute of Technology.
