    These are two more pics of the baffles on the ST - BD side and like i said before im trying to get the best fit i can and if you see a gap on the sides that is alright because the baffles will be glassed in on the sides and bottom .

    Just triming the baffles so when i glass the lids on they will be straight and level .

    Nice work GG

    was that hatch/deck section pre-molded or did you cut it out and then develop the recessed flange to flush the hatch to the deck

    No it was not pre molded i cut it out and made the lip with the aid of the cut out underneath the deck to fit flush .
