We went to the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art in Kansas City to see Monet water lilies. But the painting that drew me in the most was this little boat.

Impressionist painters like Gustave Caillebotte and Claude Monet frequently captured scenes of sailboats on the Seine at Argenteuil during this era. Caillebotte himself was a yacht designer and racer, known for his innovative approach to boat design. His works, such as "Boat Moored on the Seine at Argenteuil", showcase these catboats and the leisurely atmosphere of the river during that time. Monet's "The Red Boats, Argenteuil" also depicts fishing boats on the Seine.

Here are what I have come up with so far that might lead me some where but haven't had the chance to do a deep dive into it yet.
Any information would be great, have found so far. I am guessing it is a sandbagger.
