    Negative is 0VDC wile positive is 12/24VDC.
    Electrons will go out into the water and bring the steel with it, I'm shure everyone here has tested that in chemestryclass and know what I mean.

    If you use L1 and L2 you are by defenition using two phase and not single phase. Single Phase is L to N, but in 99% of all electricians and others for that mather call alll systems with two wires single phase, but it's not corect.
