2020 school Yamaha jet ski with hole in hull needs tow for 2 hrs without sinking

I’m looking for ideas on how to get my ski back to the doc so i can get it on the trailer. The tow will take 2 hours and it will not make it that long. I need the water out and a way to keep it afloat. It is currently just sitting on the water's edge.

Ok! That won't mess with a repair on the fiberglass ? And what is the plywood for?

The glass is probably gonna be a bit of grinding, so a mess no matter what. Is the crack on a flat or a crease?

Ok! And I’m not sure I couldn’t see it i know its big though a lot of water and fast with me going 70 mph…
It is also a nano cell hull

But if the jet ski is currently out of the water you must be able to see some form of damage?
If it is on a relatively flat section of the hull that is a bit easier to effect a temporary repair; if on a chine or crease or spray rail, then it becomes a bit more complicated.
