2.7KW electric propulison for 27 ft sailboat

    CAROUTE S400-48V motor is working with this sailboat, a Marieholm IF. The motor is installed in a bun, see posted photo. The 2.7KW motor thrusting this 2200kg 27ft sailboat, can reach 4 knots easily, performing max to 5knots.

    Looks good. I'd probably want a bit stouter downshaft for my area given the nets and traps everywhere.
