1996 gamefisher 9.9 won't run right

    Hello again my boat design friends!!!!! Cleaned the carb and got it to idle but only with the needle valve almost completely shut and can't get it to speed up.... all suggestions will greatly help you guys have always come thru for me before on my other boat...
