    Hi All,
I'm trying to narrow down the year of my MC-1 out-drive.

I've read that the later models have the side mounted rotary trim / tilt / cutout switch.
    My drive does have this.

What year did they start putting this on the MC-1 ???

    Cheers,
    Mike.

OK i've narrowed it down more.

The numbers after MC-1 relate to horsepower.
Can anyone tell me what number was use for chev 350

    Thanks,
    Mike

350 was labelled as a 255 when it was in the tr trs package
Then it became a 260 in the 1 drive
Imho its torque number but they wont say tbat.
I seem to remember 78 as the year the trim indicator went on the side of the gimbal ring
