Had a nice trip with the boat except for the part where the engine wouldn't shut off !!!
Removed key, removed safty lanyard, diaconnected kill switch nothing. Had to remove fuel line supply!!!

I'm guessing its something with the ignotion not disconnecting electricity to spark plugs. Any thoughts?

Check out the kill switch wiring to make sure it isn't a broken wire.

So major rebuilding done, stripped all rotted wood, removed old paint and painted everything again.

I am currently reviewing prop as I have 13x19 on johnson 140 HP which struggles to plan.

I was thinking I need to change prop pitch to one of the follwoing:

1. Aluminum 4-Blade - 13.75 x 15 RH (13 Spline)

2. Aluminum 4-Blade - 13 x 15 RH (13 Spline)

3. Aluminum 3-Blade - 13.5 x 15 RH (13 Spline)

4. Aluminum 4-Blade - 13.25 x 17 RH (13 Spline)

Any recommendations suggestions? Boat loaded is around 3000 to 3500 lbs.
