I am doing a bunch of cosmetic work to my 1989 Permit. I removed the casting deck in order to get to the stringers and bilge area.
I had to cut the bulkheads in order to lift the deck and could use some advice.
How do I reglass the bulkheads back down to the deck only being able to get to one side to make the repair.

I would suggest fitting some timber tabbing on the inside (the inaccessible area) before the deck goes back on. That should give you something to butt the bulkheads up to.
Maybe create a new hatch or 2 at deck level so you can access these areas for the refit & in the future.
