identify this boat design?

    Greetings. I just returned from the Wooden Boat Festival in Port Townsend, WA. It was crowded and well run, great to see so many people excited about wooden boats. I saw the boat pictured below in the harbor and wondered if anyone could identify the design? From the seats, it looks wooden. There is a 60 hp outboard on the back and it looks to be 25-27 feet.

    The claim it cruises comfortably at 16 knots without pounding, needs a little elaboration as regards the sea state, imo.
