1981 Starcraft SS 180 face lift and transom replace

    I picked up this boat last fall for $1200. I will be sharing pictures of almost everything I have done to this point. Last fall I replaced all electrical and carpet. In the past 3 weeks I have made a lot more progress. I replaced the transom and I will post the pics.

    Here I cut out the new transom and glued two .75" pcs of wood to get my 1.5"

    I put a coat of resin on the new transom before fiberglass

    The old transom cap was not reusable so I made a new one.

    I have a similar 19' Winner FG OB w 60hp Suzuki.

    I've finally started work on it. May use it a bit more before the serious work begins. Think it's a 1977 model.
