Supply Vessel Deck Strength

    DEAR FRIENDS
    a supply vessel's owner is going to install tow cement container (each weight 100 tonnes) on it's main deck.
    which calculations shall i issue to the class except stability ?
    i have main deck 's substructure drawing .how can i know strength is enough or not?
    please help me?
    VESSEL'S PARTICULARS:
    LOA=81m
    B=15.96m
    H=7.6m
