What do you want to know? Viking has been around since the mid 60's and there's plenty of information about them. Of course I'm assuming you're talking about Viking Yachts in New Jersey. Try Vikingyachts.com I've never heard of a Viking 140, but that doesn't mean much. Typical Viking models are based on length: Viking 43, Viking 54, etc.

Hey Paul, sorry for the delayed response I've been away for the Holiday.
I posted this question for a friend so forgive the lack of information
I'm familar with Viking Yachts, this is a small sailboat. I didn't know anything about it so invited him to post the question here.

Is this the boat? This is a boat known under a few different names. I know it as the Grampian 22, built throughout the 1960's, with several names and modifications, in Ontario by Grampain Marine. 22' 4" LOD, 7' beam, 3' 9" draft and about 1,700 lbs. displacement.

Viking Yacht Company Celebrates over four and a half decades
The Viking Yacht Company has celebrated four and a half decades in business building luxury performance sportfishing and cruising yachts. Started by brothers Bob and Bill Healey in 1964 when they bought Peterson-Viking Builders, a small, struggling New Jersey builder of 37-foot, wooden sportfishing boats, Viking Yachts has grown to become a world leader in semi-custom fiberglass yacht production with over 4,000 Vikings delivered.

This is the latest of their creations:

"Viking of America" was a sailboat brand from 1968 - 1970.

Is there a relation between Viking of America and Viking Yacht Company that builds the Viking powerboats? ??

I don't think there is other than a coincidence of similar names.
