    Welcome to the Forum William.
Is this an AI generated photo, or a photo of an actual boat?
    I am guessing it is probably around 14 m / 45' long?

There are many designers who could design a boat like this for you - but the cost would be considerable for a one off vessel.
Not to mention the cost of building a new vessel like this.

Your proposal looks very similar to the Doggersbank motor yachts designed / built in Europe - here is a link to some for sale.

And this one looks very similar to what you want - she is for sale for approx US$ 127,000.
The cost of designing and building a custom motor yacht like this and the same size today would be at least 10 or 15 times the asking price.

I need aft cockpit, fish, dive, most Euro boats have that aft cabin, guessing they neither, swim, fish ,dive or have a cook up in that cockpit

To give you a body lines plan that allows you to build a safe, well-sailing boat, many calculations are required, some of them very laborious. No one can do that "for free."
Instead of asking "someone to design this for me," you should ask someone who has the original plans for a boat that's already built and tested to give them to you (any intellectual property issues?)

@william stokes, I humbly apologize; I was completely mistaken. I read "free" instead of "fee."
Having clarified my error, if you can't find a pre-made design and need to use a new one, I'd like you to consider my options for participating in that design.

OK, so you already have the Maxsurf 3D model. What else do you need? That should allow you to create almost the complete project for your boat.

well, I have to start from scratch, AI drew that planing boat in aRhino 5 many years ago, really I need the lines and upper works drawn pretty much the same as the Humphreys in the photo
I wrote to Humphreys but they never replied.
I would buy that boat she's for sale in NZ 280000 NZ dollars, but she is composite and as I know zilch abt that sticky stuff I a pass
Aluminium is my choice and I am lkg for builders in Asia
