    Trim Tab on a Daggerboard?

    I have a Dolphin 15 Senior I’m fixing up and need a daggerboard for it. I could buy one off the internet but that’s no fun. I was wondering how effective a trim tab on the trailing edge of the daggerboard would be. And if I did that, what shape the foil should be. Does anyone have any...

    Plenty of stability from 40" beam. note bow raises to keep out of trouble as speed increases without the crew moving aft. There are two laminate sails 4.7 and 6m.

    Started at the Boatshow a week ago two Violas are being built in parallel. The boat is extremely minimal to keep weight at 75lbs for the hull.
