Do homebuilt kayaks & canoes need hull identification numbers in the U.S.?
Someone in Question regarding ABYC H-29 in USA. https://www.boatdesign.net/threads/question-regarding-abyc-h-29-in-usa.68740/ claimed that all boats in the U.S. built after 1972 must have hull identification numbers. But none of the boatbuilding instructions I've seen online or in books...- mitchgrunes
