In what respect is the X-Yacts XR-41 more optimized than its competitors?

    For example:

Let's imagine a slow yacht, 10 tons and 100 square meters (10 square meters per ton) with ocean-going aspirations.

A good solution could be the 48-50 family, which is the most archaic design, from a time when anyone going to sea wanted to return home alive.

In other words, there are three main categories:

    40 square meters per Ton

    20 square meters per Ton

    10 square meters per Ton

All the design problems in this crazy world of yachts stem from confusing these three categories and confusing water with the sea—I'm referring to waves. There are waves in the sea, believe it or not.

There are two things that, surprisingly, no one in this crazy world of yachts believes: there are waves in the sea, and there are hotels along the coast. I assure you, I've seen them.

    Another issue:

    Hull trim

On a Big 'dinghy' made of carbon fiber, a billionaire has up to a ton of movable weight/crew to trim the hull.

But on a small boat, even one ton, for an old sailor, the hull trim must be hydrodynamic.

    A) square Meters/Sail per Ton: 40, 20, 10

    B) how much Up-wind and how much Down-wind, and how much wind (F3, F4 ... F7)

    C) Waves: small Waves, Big Waves, young Waves, old Waves ...

    D) Heel: 15°, 20°/25°, 30°

    E) Hull trim

I think you're onto something, Carlos, but your posts are too cryptic. Can you start by stating what question you're tying to answer or what you're trying to explain before doing so? If you're a native Spanish speaker, perhaps you might run it by TANSL, or someone, in your first language before translating and posting in English.

Stephen, I'm sorry to tell you that you haven't had any luck. When Carlos posts something in a thread, the thread is over. It's not easy to understand what he's talking about, and people just leave the thread.

The multiple posts also take whole pages. There is no need for the gigantic photos. A link to a pdf is all that is needed.
