If you have the drawings thats enough, you only need to check a similar dinghy structure or plans and make a mod yourself

@Johan Behr have a look at post #4 on this thread on the YBW Forum about boatyards in South Africa by a chap called Roger - he built his own steel ketch (I think it is a Roberts design) and he might be able to help you with some info?
