AVEVA - Hydrostatic -Calculation

    Hi Everyone,

    Do you know what the WLrad parameter means in the results of the AVEVA Hydrostatic Analysis?
    How should we use it to evaluate the vessel's stability?
    It seems there is no related data in the guideline.

    Hi khabiran,

    I guess it's the wind heeling lever which varies with different heels. The wind heeling lever is part of the Weather Criterion (IMO 2008 Code on Intact Stability) which is used for stability evaluation.

    These are the rules for the weather criterion, see 2.3.2 for the wind heeling lever l_wl (or in your case WLrad).
