I'm looking for a manufacturer that builds pontoons for utilitarian (ie: a barge) purposes. No console, no furniture, no fancy fencing, no top, etc... This is the closest thing I've found in Google images thus far:

This one appears to have a console, but I would just want to be able to hang a tiller steered outboard off of the back and also have an electric trolling motor. I'd prefer all aluminum construction as I would imagine that an aluminum skinned deck over an aluminum frame would be much lighter than plywood. The boat pictured is some kind of sight-seeing vessel used in a state park.

Nature after about 15 years of neglect in the California sun does a pretty good job making spartan pontoon boats.

Strip out a sun baked one and throw some diamond tread as a deck, could probably fry eggs on deck by noon.
