    Congratulations John!
This is a huge step and shows months, no years of dreaming and planning.
I commend you and your accomplishment.

    Now, back to work!

    Cheers, BB

2 electrical systems. Roof, doors windows, soles. Hydraulics for steering. Fuel system. Flotation and bilge pump system. Paint. Working hardware like cleats posts, winch, maybe a jib crane, anchor and its paraphernalia.

    Lots to do.

    It sounds a bit overwhelming.

Make sure all your wood is epoxy sealed. i.e. no end grains exposed

Agreed, zero wood exposed, even if tarped.

Can't see it in this image, but there's a 35' power cruiser just to the left of frame. We showed up yesterday to build the shelter, and they'd put it in, basically on top of us. Had to drag the boat a good 5' before we could even walk around it.
So now we cant get any equipment in to flip it. I'm thinking about doing the combat engineer thing, and winching it up and letting it fall over, with a chain hoist from the top of those shipping containers.
