Refinishing plywood panels on flybridge

    I did the other side too. I do have it painted white now, and it looks real good. I dont have any more rubber coating to do.
    I also needed to clean up the SS rails and parts. I was able to hand sand and polish by starting with 400, then 1000, then to 10000 grit with paper. Surprised me how well that works. The connecting parts are all bronze coated with chrome, but the chrome all came off, and was thinking DIY plating with Nickel metal, seen some videos on it and it looks good. How well would shiny nickel hold up outside?
