required fresh water for a vessel?

Great details. One more question, Could you please tell me how can determine fuel, diesel consumption?

I presume you refer to using diesel for making water. As a general approach you can calculate 1-1.5kWh for a 100l/h basic RO system.

Our units are 180m3/day (they are big units) and consume about 46.5kW.

FWIW, the US Navy sets the minimum as 5 gal/person/day for consumption, drinking and cooking only. So you try to keep the tanks full. If you lose one or more stills, you ration water; so salt water washing and flushing. I have been aboard a vessel that lost both stills; no showers, no shaves, no scuttlebutts, no laundry, only messmen wash and only the plant gets fresh water....And the CO standing on the ENG until it was fixed, because if we hit "bingo" we had to go in. He made it with about 6 hours to spare...but still no showers until the tanks were at 75%.
