I ended up doing bi axial weave with epoxy on the the bottom layer.

Then a thin layer of wood, then my csm/poly resin. Although I have only accomplished step one so far.

Figured the bi ax and epoxy would provide some extra strength under the seat and be far away enough from the poly to matter.

    Some very nice progress.

Got all the new panels glassed in, baked them off in the sun.

Then test fit everything before coating the interior. The bench and wings were able to sustain me jumping on them - so I'll assume its strong enough.

Just shot the gel on the rails, using one if my finer size guns to shoot the pva really saves on materials. hoping to finish the gel work this week!

Installed a small section of the black trim- nailed the color combo I wanted.

I did get some pverspray on my trailer, so that I'd not great. Should of been more careful.

    Only trim and hardware remain.

I will also be putting new wheels on the trailer, re pack bearings, new tires.
