If your boat does not have to be foldable, there are many designs out there that would probably be more suitable - there is a huge constraint on the hull shape of the Quickboat due to the requirement that it has to be foldable.

What do you want to use the boat for? And how many people should it be able to carry?
What sort of speed do you need it to be capable of - or would you prefer that it is primarily a rowing boat, with a small auxiliary O/B motor?

Like the shape and would be parked in front of my 35' Sailboat (there's room in the slip and its allowed).
Wanting to build a small boat in ply.
    Have a pristine 1985 Suzuki 6HP Outboard.
Able to plane but no speed demon.
    Just for the harbour.

    Thanks kindly.

Yeah, there are lots of pram, skiff, and garvey plans out there that will fit those requirements. You just need to wade through them all until you find one that suits your needs.
