    The U.S. Coast Guard is advertising a Naval Architect, GS-0871-14 position in the Office of Design & Engineering Standards, Naval Architecture Division, (CG-ENG-2), Washington, DC. Please see the description and link below for an excellent career opportunity!

    Position Description:

    As a Naval Architect within the Naval Architecture Division (CG-ENG-2), you will be responsible for federal regulatory programs in the area of stability, structures and load lines for commercial ships and offshore systems, including fishing vessels, generally through conceiving and planning new regulatory and industry standards development. You will, also, develop strategic plans and form policy positions through the use and development of sophisticated techniques of risk assessment and analysis.
