Fiber Glassing a Wooden boat

    Thanks Rumars for the constructive criticism, i'll definitely look into epoxy and yes i was comparing to clinker although it seems i still have alot of knowledge gaps to fill so i'll keep digging .

    Cold molded will have a lot more strength than carvel planking with less weight and materials. It will also take drying up without problems. Clinker, or lapstrake, has its points. However, it is labor intensive and needs more expertise than cold molded or strip planking.
