    Welcome to the Forum Adrian.

Have you got any higher resolution photos of the boat?
The photos you have posted are VERY tiny.

The name on the hull side is Bluewater - but that doesn't help very much.
Is there a hull identification number on the starboard side of the transom, perhaps embossed into the gelcoat?
Re the CF registration number, is this in the USA (California?)
How long is the boat, and what type / size of engine does she have?

Well it looks like of knock off of a early 70's Sea Ray. But Sea Ray never produced a Bluewater. The Coast Guard manufacturers database shows 15 companies named Bluewater. About half can be eliminated because they didn't produce that type of boat. Look for the HIN. If you have the registrations it will be on them. Look on the upper right corner of the transom (on the outside) for a number like ABC12345F878 or similar. 12 digits. The first three are the manufacturers ID code. The last two are the model year.
Also the California DMV should be able to run the CF numbers and tell you what make, model and year it is. Oh, and by the way if it doesn't have an HIN it was most likely made before 1973.

I would say post 1973, but no later than 1980's.
