Think I've identified the cannon in the back, it looks to me like a Stihl, somewhere in the range of the BR 800 backpack blower . . .

There were 3 gas powered tools in the bed. The "cannon" is a big backpack leaf blower. All okay. It took about an hour to recover the Gator and get the tools running. We drained all the gator fluids and left everything sit open overnight, then got it running the next morning. Cost us some oil and filters, all of which needed replacing anyway. And I mentioned fabbing a snorkel kit. The foam seats ought to dry out by June or July

Tip from YouTube, pull the foam out and park a car on it overnight . . .

Not the above contraption, just one board on the pavement . . .

This is why we can't have nice things.

Some how, I'm still at the golfcourse. This started out ten years ago when a friend asked me to fill in for him for two Sunday afternoons so he could go on vacation. They had a hard time finding people to work on Sunday afternoon. I ended up working Sunday afternoons for the next 6 years. Now, somehow, I'm the equipment mechanic. Most of this was self defense - I was tired of ending up in a pond or spilling ten gallons of hydraulic fluid on a fairway.

This is mostly about grease and fluid checks and tires, but I think I have the blade sharpening thing figured out now. I found this on the course this morning. The mower didn't even stopo_O (it's, erm used to be, an adapter that hooks into an irrigation head. Remove the head and plug this thing in and screw on a hose. It's a cast brass one inch pipe.)

If someone ask you if they look stupid don't reply!
I learned that from my dad. He said that was rhetorical question in so many words.

Never hold a dustbuster and a cat at the same time.
