    I have a couple of places like this on my little boat I inherited from a friend. What’s the best way to repair them?

    Welcome to the forum.

    Looks like the clear coat is failing. Also appears to be cosmetic not structural.

    How old is the current clear coat?
    Is it just the three spots pictured, or are there many more?

    My approach;
    Carefully cut away the blister's skin. Moisture meter and probe exposed raw wood.
    If firm and dry-- proceed to touching up clear coat unless systemic blisters.
