Soon my friend. I've done the buttocks on the loft wall. Tomorrow I'll draw stations. Then I can provide offsets, and an arrangement drawing, with some of my thoughts.

Are you allowing for developable panels ? Otherwise your sheeting may sit proud of the frames.

Wood is free for me. I'm the deficiency carpenter for a design/build custom house building company.

No can do. That stuff is so toxic. After 20 years of daily exposure, I'm dangerously allergic. Got pneumonia after I did the siding and soffit on a house last year. Hemlock mummified in epoxy.

    Hemlock.
    Ohhhhh, I've worked with that.

You could work with WRC, you'd just need to ventilate properly.
    Or farm out the milling...

Can't get that for free. And it's just the center of a composite layup. Most of the strength is in the glass and epoxy. Actually it's a good bit stronger than wrc. Just heavier in proportion. A few hundred extra pounds over the whole boat. About the same as one carpenter, his grub and coffee, and his tools

Or SPF. Whatever comes along. Mummified in epoxy, it will do.

Isn't SPF just another name for hemlock?!

Ironically I'm now leaving a job site. Supposed to be a lift of clear grain quarter sawn fir, for jamb extensions on windows and doors. $15 a board foot. Cedar delivered instead. Wood is absolutely gorgeous but I'm coughing and sneezing uncontrollably. Damn.

I've started my build thread, for any hydrodynamics fans who missed the klieg lights and balloons.
