Does anyone know a projected build hour or a material cost for the waller designs coral cove 40 and for the coral Sea 35

Are these considered good designs? I'm looking for something that's as open deck as possible not a wharram tho

The Waller and Woods boats are all great choices if that's what you want to build.

Build times and costs will be similar given similar weight, building materials and fitout. Remember hulls and connecting structure are about 1/3 time and cost. Rig and fitout about 1/3 each and of course your decisions will make a huge difference. Second hand rig vs carbon and mylar, camping fitout vs top spec etc...here you can buy 1/4 marine ply from $35 to $120 sheet.

    Don't build a Wharram. :D
