Can anyone tell me the builder of this boat?

Do you have any other photos (in particular a side profile view)?
Do you know how long she is approximately?
Re 'Can 40', could this be a reference to her length? Although she looks shorter than 40' long.
Although the hull has a round bilge, the rest of it appears to be rather angular, suggesting that it is aluminium?
I am guessing that she was probably designed and built in France.
