    Well then, you are halfway there. At least in preliminary terms, I think your project is feasible. I would be willing to look at it for you and give you a more formal opinion, no charge. I would need a lines plan or a 3d hull scan, a reasonably comprehensive set of photos showing the boat as it is now (inside & out), particulars that you have -- weight, leading dimensions, power, fuel capacity, water capacity, installed systems, etc., the results of your tests with the outboard, and a written design brief.
